    Something I sympathized with.
    I deeply resonated with a post about "an artisan's hands" shared by Yumi-san—a fellow member of the Shizuoka Women in Food Professionals group and the owner of Anago no Uotake Sushi (@anagonouotakesushi).
    My own daily life, too, is far removed from manicures or nail polish.

    These are hands that have gripped kitchen knives, worked at the teppan grill, crafted desserts, and constantly handled ingredients.
    I view the small nicks and burn scars as a testament to the time I have dedicated to this craft.

    They may not be hands that look polished or decorative,
    but I remain committed to using these artisan hands to prepare meals with sincerity, ensuring our customers can enjoy their dining experience with peace of mind.
